1. 2. After the luminous sign is lined up, the laser cuts the letter shell panel; The Luminous sign panel is generally stainless steel plate or aluminum plate material; Use numerical control equipment to make the light sign cut font, normal light sign front buckle edge is 6MM-8MM; The letter shell panel of the luminous sign is determined according to the size of the luminous sign, the larger the luminous sign is more than 1.2 meters, the smaller the thicker it is below 50CM; Therefore, when the luminous sign is made of 50cm-1.2m words, the material of 0.8-1.2MM thickness can be used normally, and the other abnormal size needs to be determined according to the letter and the environment and the material requirements.
3. After the luminous sign letter shell is made, the next step is to make the side of the luminous sign; The side of the light sign is generally cut into the width of 6CM-12CM, according to the size of the letter and the thickness of the letter required by the customer to determine the normal thickness of the best light sign is 6-15CM; The minimum is not less than 6CM, the maximum is not more than 15CM, of course, except for the production of large luminous signs; The sides need to be slotted by the slotting machine to weld along the letter shell shape; If the side of the shell is very thin, it can be made by hand. Of course, its accuracy is certainly not as accurate as the machine slot.
4. The luminous sign shell is cut, the edge is slotted, and the next step is to weld the shell surface and the edge of the shell with laser welding or argon arc welding. If it is an aluminum plate, it is welded with an aluminum welding machine; After all the signs are welded, it's the show time of the grinder.
5. Surface treatment of luminous sign shell, that is, luminous sign polishing; Surface sanding Shiny metal surfaces with an electric sander or hand sanding. This is also a time to test the technology of a grinder, and the grinding technology used by Seiko and non-seiko is not the same. When doing seiko luminous signs, you must use a skilled grinder, rather than a general level of a grinder.
